AI Employees
A team of specialist AI employees, wired to Brain Core.

A multi-employee AI hub powered by Brain Core. Each 'employee' is a specialist — Lexi (legal), Sera (financial monitoring), Bobby (bookkeeping), Rori (reconciliation), Miles (marketing) — and each runs on its own dedicated Brain Core brain, isolated per tenant.
The problem
Businesses need several specialist assistants — legal, finance, bookkeeping, marketing — but they can't share one memory pool. Mixing a legal assistant's context with marketing's, or one client's data with another's, is a privacy and accuracy problem.
The approach
I built a hub where each employee is a specialist persona backed by its own dedicated Brain Core brain — its own memory and knowledge graph — with tenant-level isolation. Each stays in its lane and remembers only its own work, while the hub gives you one place to manage the whole team.
The outcome
A team of AI specialists that each keep their own private memory, cleanly separated per client — add a new employee and Brain Core provisions its brain automatically.
Highlights
- ▸Specialist personas: Lexi (legal), Sera (financial monitoring), Bobby (bookkeeping), Rori (reconciliation), Miles (marketing)
- ▸Each employee runs on its own dedicated Brain Core brain
- ▸Per-tenant isolation — one client's data never touches another's
- ▸Plugin architecture — add an employee and its brain is provisioned automatically
